Tags (Desktop View) Vertical View option.

Is it possible to have TAGS for movies/TV Series show in vertical view by default? Like this image below?

 

Right now it shows like this by default. I HATE horizontal scrollbars. I think they look like garbage.

You can click the header to get the vertical option, but why isn't there an option here to view this as a vertical view without clicking the header?

I only want to see the vertical option.  I do not want to have to click the header to get it.

Can this been changed with CSS?  Thanks!

Everyone knows what this means when A dev posts that. This wasn't a Feature Requests. I've all but given up hope that you (devs) will just give us(user) options to change horizontal scrollbars to a vertical grid.  

I was looking for a solution for today. If it's not possible, please just say that.
