There are some pictures missing on the Cast.

I have checked and refreshed the metadata, still find pictures missing

What are your library enabled meta-downloadere and in what order? Have you checked on/compared with preferred providers' website that they actually have those actors images?

the first one is the metadata order of TV Shows, the second one is the Movies metadata order, and since you mentioned it, I checked Wanda Vision's cast, my question is why of all the casts it has, Emby chose these actors to scrape and why do emby scrape those have no pictures in the first place?

Well Emby just uses what is provided from in your case TMDB.

As for no images it would still come back to what the provider as.  You have to remember cast/crew only come from first provider also.

Now if you were to use TVDB you would get 18 cast but not their character image as Emby does not use them as there is only one image per person.

 

So this example would give you 6 vs 18 and of course if you used OMDB you would only get 3 actors.

Some talent will not appear for a couple of reasons.  Chuck Hayward (II) is the correct reference and he is a writer and apparently not a IMDB member with a correct head shot.  He has only a promotional shot.  I believe if you do not pay membership annual fees to IMDB and if you do not have a proper headshot, they will not include that person for 3rd party image embedding.  also the original Chuck Hayward without the II was a stuntman born in 1920.

Life of Pi.  Ayaan Khan is an actor, the other two are cinematographers.  I don't believe any of them are IMDB paid members and none have photos in IMDB.  You can't pull photos that are not there.

Does talent images actually ever come from TVDB.  I've only seen talent images show up from paid up members on IMDB.  I think anything on TVDB for talent photos doesn't help.  I have not tested this.  It's over $150 annual fee or something like that to be a registered at imdb.  I think a lot of talent doesn't bother to join.  If you really want an image for some talent, then I think you have to go find it yourself.  Just use a search engine.
