LqHnyBear 23 Posted February 22 Posted February 22 I am watching emby on an Apple TV and sometimes a Amazon Firestick or Google Chromecast stick. Is there a way to be able to watch a bluray that is in an iso file and have access to all the menu and features on the bluray iso? I've looked around the forums for a while and can't seem to find an answer. I'm on latest version of Emby Version 4.8.10.0

I'm on latest version of Emby Version 4.8.10.0 Emby seems to focus more on other container formats (e.g. MKV) it doesn't integrate very well with ISO (yet?) What you can do with AppleTV, if you still want to use Emby as server is to use Infuse, it integrates with Emby libraries, display the metadata from the server and etc etc... it will allow you to play iso movies on the AppleTV.. but it's not going to support full bluray menu (it supports simple selector menu only) If you want full BD menu, you either cast to an external player (like Oppo) or you ditch Emby and use Kodi, for example Coreelec with an AM6b+ Android Box, Kodi will also integrate with Emby Server libraries if you still want to do that.
