BurntTech 6 Posted February 20 Posted February 20 I'm looking to enable Atmos settings in the new Emby windows app. I used to use Audio pass through in audio settings. Receiver would correctly handle the different decoding codecs. I checked the documentation but I only found audio settings inside the players settings section. Am I missing an a setting or new type of configuration? Thanks!
Mahinepua 58 Posted February 20 Posted February 20 (edited) For windows? It's in the video player menu, audio options - passthrough settings, TRUEHD. Edited February 20 by Mahinepua

BurntTech 6 Posted February 20 Author Posted February 20 @generiq100%, sorry that was shortly typed, my receiver was only receiving stereo which was not the native movies format. @MahinepuaOnly options I have are Audio Device, Exclusive audio mode, speaker layout, dynamic range compression, delay audio delay, ignore volume control commands. Version 2.213.2.0
Mahinepua 58 Posted February 20 Posted February 20 Select your audio device that supports bit streaming and the options will appear.

Version 2.213.2.0 Are you changing the display sync option? Audio passthrough will be hidden if so. Display sync will default to audio if audio passthrough is enabled. Or is it the other way around? Also, @softworkz the display sync option in the beta is missing. And is audio passthrough only shown when HDMI is connected? That isn't shown in my beta or release.
Mahinepua 58 Posted February 20 Posted February 20 Pass through options only appear when available for the audio device selected so yes.
