Hi, I'm an Emby Theater user (via a TV) and have loved this for many years. Thank you for that. I'm trying Emby Windows+XBox to prep for the inevitable switch to the new version and have two questions, if I may...

1. In Emby Windows+XBox I don't want to see the Window Frame at the top of the screen (see attached image). How can I turn that off, or maximise the window, in such a way that it doesn't show at all (in Emby Theater it only shows the maximise/close-window icons when the mouse moves).

2. How do I turn off the annoying beep/sound in navigation in Emby Windows+XBox when using the cursor keys to move around the screen?

This is the window in maximized state but not full-screen (old ET doesn't have that).

To switch to full-screen, you need to double-click somewhere in the upper 10% area in the app.

  • In non-TV mode there's a button for switching to full-screeen
  • During playback there's a button for switching to full-screen (regardless of display mode)
  • From the next update on, you will also be able to toggle full-screen with the F11 key

Go to

Settings >> Display >> scroll down to the "Sounds" option.

Thanks very much for your quick reply, Softworkz. Spot on. Your answers addressed both of my queries. Sorry for the simplicity of the questions but I guess this may help others.
