Problems with the Xbox player

hello when I launch Emby on Xbox and I start a movie the player freezes and the server works at 100%, even if I disconnect the Xbox player.
I have to launch emby on another device and restart the server. I have no problems with the Windows player.
I am on a Synology Nas with version 4.8.10.0 for the server (I already had the problem), I wanted to test with version 4.9.0.33 beta but the problem persists
