Remote connection not recognizing Premiere access

I'm having an issue after installing on my synology. If I log onto emby via my internal network it registers my premiere key from the settings and I have full access to my libraries etc. However, if I log into my server remotely using either the direct remote IP/port, emby connect, or my synology reverse vpn, I get the banner to Get Premiere to access full features. only happens in the web access as well. android app seems fine.

Please disregard. Turns out it was my secondary VPN conflicting with the connection. Turning this off allowed me to access as normal.
