Hoping to get some help here. I've been running and supporting EMBY since the Kickstarter days. Recently my live TV started freezing. it doesn't matter if you're on the local network or outside the network. it does not happen on Android phones watching live TV from the server, it always seems to be happening on clients with Amazon fire TV. All clients have been updated to the latest version OS.

Hardware

Windows Emby server running Windows 11 with a Ryzen 5700G

32GB of 3600mhz Ram and a 1TB SSD as C drive.

2 HD home run prime tuners running Verizon Fios M cards,

Verizon FiOS fiber gigabit network. with an ASUS RT86U Pro mesh Network.

Again this only happens with live TV. and never happens while streaming movies.

All clients out of network are limited to a 5MB stream limit.

I might add it seems to happen with certain channels. today was broadcast channels trying to watch NFL.

Hi there, let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks!

thank you Luke, next time it happens I will generate a server log and upload. I did upgrade the server to the latest beta and hoping that solves the issue but I'll be in touch with the server log if we are still experiencing the freezing.

Hi Luke, One of my clients just contacted me said a lot of freezing. I'm uploading the server logs also going to upload and whatever log I'm grabbing off my Android phone, but again the intermittent freezing generally happeneds primarily on Firesticks. please let me know and thank you.
