Probleme mit Emby

Hallo, ich habe das Problem das wenn ich Emby über Synology öffnen möchte nur der Browser das Emby Logo zeigt aber nichts weiter, das Bild ist eingefroren.

Ich habe probiert es zu deinstallieren und neu zu installieren , hat leider nichts gebracht. Wenn ich Emby auf dem selben Pc installiere lässt es sich dort öffnen, aber sobald ich dasselbe versuche über Synology geht es nicht. Ich kann nicht mal updaten meine Version ist 4.8.8.0.

Download the ArmV8 version of Emby Server from 
https://emby.media/synology-server.html
Use Package Manager on the NAS to install this manually.

Synology is behind approving our software and getting it listed. So for now you will have to download the file from our site. DSM 7.2x requires a different build of Emby Server than 7.0 or 7.1 .

Let us know if this solved your problem of if you have a different problem.

Ich habe Arm8 (x18 series) versucht zu installieren und bekomme dieses Antwort " Dieses Paket erfordert DSM 7.2-63134 oder älter"

Meine Version ist mittlerweile 7.2.2-72806 Update 2.

i did this but it doesent solved the problem instead i have more problems than before  

i reinstalled emby after a reset my nas in hope that it will fix the update problem. but now everytime i start a video it will push the cpu on 99% and 

it lag und stuck in loading process. i bought yesterday premier in hope it will fix my problems but now lost hope that i will fix my prob alone over the forum. thats why i asked carlo for help with remote control.

from my understanding what happend is after i deleted my old raid and started from scratch, emby wont let me log in my old server which was deleted ofc. 

But somehow the old server account is still there. The crazy thing is the old one is now updated but if i wanna go on network and set the path for library it show 

me nothing. i can put 2 logs from 2 different accounts if this helps. these logs 4 are from the first server what i created and this one detected my graphic card.

I know you've PMed me but I'm still not sure I understand your issue.

You say you can't get access to your hardware.
Did you mean you can't access or login to your Emby Server?

That looks like two different server names: Homebox & Hotbox
Did you change your Emby Server name?

Did you have two different admin accounts?
You pic shows you logged in at the console.
If you have an issue with a different account, you can change the password and try logging in again as that user.

Let me know what I don't understand or what your problem is.

These are 2 different servers. I created Hotbox back then and used Emby there for the first time. Then I dissolved the RAID because I bought other disks. I then named the new server Homebox. So now we come to the problem that makes me despair. As you can see in the video, he logs into the hotbox account on the very first server all the time. I can also update Emby there, but only if I log in to the dead account. What I mean by that is I can't get rid of this old server no matter what I do. I reset the NAS to factory defaults and the same thing again. I can uninstall emby and reinstall it, also the same problem....

Does this leave data on the drive? You should be able to just delete the server data folder if you want to make a fresh start:

I deleted the Emby Server log and the Emby Server folder in Windows. This allows the Emby Update to be updated manually on the Synology. THANKS! Now only one thing is missing, as you can see in the picture, my PC hardware could be accessed for coding on the old server account. Why doesn't this work here?
