TCL TV 55V6B "Too many errors.Giving up."

Buongiorno,

Emby Server ultima versione installato su Qnap TS-EC1280U.

Utilizzo Emby da molti anni e possiedo anche Emby Premiere Lifetime.

In casa ho 3 Televisioni, 2 LG e 1 TCL... il TCL è la new entry di casa... e quando faccio partire qualche MKV a volte mi compare l'errore "Too many errors. Giving up."

Mentre con i 2 LG nessun problema a riprodurre lo stesso file.

Ho provato anche a fare il sideload della App nativa Android, ed in questo caso riesco a riprodurre il file MKV ma non in maniera ottimale... va lento e a scatti...

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

Hi.  It is because you disabled these options:

        Enable Video Playback Transcoding: False
        Enable Audio Playback Transcoding: False

Please try re-enabling them.

Rieccomi,

ho allegato 2 txt di 2 film uguali ma codificati in maniera diversa.

Funziona.txt è il film che riesco a vedere perfettamente con Emby su TV TCL.

Non Funziona.txt è sempre lo stesso film e non funziona infatti produce l'errore Too many error giving up

Si riesce  a capire come mai uno funziona e l'altro no?

Ripeto, questo succede solo su TV TCL... sulle altre mie TV LG con Emby funzionano entrambe

Here I am, sorry for the delay.
I uploaded the logs.
Inside the Logs you will find the playback of two MKV:
Paddington In Peru (2024).mkv (Works perfectly) 1080p Hevc
Paddington In Peru (2024) (2).mkv (Does not work and on TCL TV gives the error "Too many errors.Giving up.") And it is always a 1080p Hevc.
From the logs can you understand why one works and the other does not?
