commissioner 0 Posted September 27, 2024 Posted September 27, 2024 Hello, I'm using Emby with a Tivo 4k stream. Everything works ok except any file with a Dolby 5.1 audio track will not play. I've been looking around and can't seem to find a resolution. Is there something in settings I'm missing? Any one else have this issue? Cheers

I can skip through the video and see frames etc. so I know the video is there but is "paused" for lack of a better term. With some research I found another file with the same issue. The only thing in common is the Dolby 5.1 audio. File #2 also has another audio track that is not 5.1 and plays fine. Files will play on a desktop so it's something in the device setup for Emby. So yeah my setup has gone wrong somewhere.
