Hi.

I'm battling to get my WiiM Mini to seamlessly interact with my Emby Server.

I've enabled debugging log under DLNA trying to get info as suggested by @beckfield, but to no avail.

Also, I can't find User-Agent and details to fully complete the WiiM profile under DLNA

Emby server is on my Windows 10 pc

I noticed some Error DLNA: Error processing control request in the log files.

Can someone please explain to me what they mean and guide me on to how I rectify the issue?

Thanks

Hi . Thanks for responding.

Occasionally the WiiM mini doesn't seem to find the server and when it does it doesn't pick up the music library.

At these times, I checked and ensured that the PC (Win10) running the Emby Server is awake. Trying to find out why this was happening, I did a debug log for DNLA and then I saw the error DNLA message. I then presumed, correctly or incorrectly, that the error and not finding the server were related.

Reading up on DNLA and @beckfieldarticle, I thought that perhaps having a completed WiiM DNLA profile might alleviate the problem.

Thanks. Your help is appreciated.

You don't need to do a custom profile, so please delete it if you have. I've pushed an update to the Dlna plugin that should make that error go away, so please let me know if that helps. Thanks.

@LukeAn observation:

Since deleting the WiiM profile, it seems that the response from the Emby server to the WiiM Mini has become slower.

Finding the server and the music library takes longer than it did before.

Hi, can we please look at an example? Thanks.
