EPG Fetch Error

Luke back again.  I have attached two logs.  One with VPN on and one with VPN turned off.  When VPN is on, i see my user id and password.  When VPN is off i do not see my ID info.  Logs are very short.  Any insight?

This has been resolved.  Netgear Armour was blocking access due to local request.  VPN got me out the door and Armour not part of the equation. Disable Armour and it works.
