prismsolar 1 Posted July 4, 2024 Posted July 4, 2024 (edited) Hi Everyone I hope you can help and I apologize in advance if this has been asked before , I currently have running on my ASUSTOR NAS plex , but recently I'm not just happy with plex so I bought Emby premier and my plan was to move everything from plex to emby. however here seems to be the problem ive installed emby and when I go to setup I get the "failed to open page " please see attached screenshots am I doing something wrong here that I'm not understanding ? just to note with out without the port forwarding on my unifi internet it does not load up Regards Callum Edited July 4, 2024 by prismsolar spelling mistakes

Jägs 82 Posted July 10, 2024 Posted July 10, 2024 And I'm assuming you've rebooted/reinstalled? If so, it might be time to do a manual removal, which I only recommend in cases like yours. Effectively, it seems like ADM does not always properly install/uninstall Emby and it can get "stuck," so the only recourse is to manually remove it. I have instructions here, which has seemed to work in similar cases—I run into this from time to time:
