Since our last power outage, I have received that error. Drives are connected and working - I verified that the paths are correct via the Jail terminal, I can access videos just fine via SMB.

Can you post a server start log after hardware detection shown and hardware detection log.

But looks like this appears to be the issue

System.Exception: No video encoder found for 'h264'

Hi, is this what you're looking for?

I have played these videos in the past.... am not sure what would have changed?

Well this point to required update.  But there are actually several of these topics and have to update to 13.2.

Hi, I ran this command: iocage upgrade -r 13.2-RELEASE Emby

Got the attached screen shot.

@pve78did you figure this out? Are you still having an issue with this?

It ended up being a problem with the version of Truenas. I migrated to Scale and the problem went away.

Hello everyone,

I have the same problem that pve78 reported.

Version TrueNAS CORE -13.3-BETA2

Emby Version : 4.8.8.0

The video on the Webapp does not work and the subtitles are downloaded but are not available after download.

I tried to manually put the subtitles with the same name and update the library and it doesn't work either.

Below is the error log after trying to view video on the webapp:

Playback Error : No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details.

ld-elf.so.1: /usr/local/lib/libtasn1.so.6: Undefined symbol "strverscmp@FBSD_1.7"

Will have to look but don't think 4.8 is compatible with 13.3 and requires beta 4.9 or should say beta topic say it works.

Dev or package builder will have to comment.

@Ruben Alcaidehow did you install Emby Server?

Hello @Luke

Emby was installed by the official plugin on the Community present on TRUE NAS :

image.thumb.png.2e750b00ce5469a3e775f3312e070e4e.png

It was working before the last official update 4.8.8.0

Also Thanks @Happy2Play for the input.

But I have to understand why the official Community version doesn't worK correct with the CORE version of TRUENAS.

Even @pve78indicated that it had to migrate to a SCALE version of TRUENAS and did not mention which one:

Hello @pve78, what SCALE version did you install?
