MeTV Toons wrong icon and schedule

I just saw the new MeTV Toons channel show up on my HDHomerun.

Channel 54.3 in Los Angeles.  Looks like they are just looping promotional spots until they go live officially on June 25th.

However, the emby channel guide has it listed as MeTV+  and shows the MeTV+ shows instead of the MetV Toons schedule.

I just wanted to confirm if this is just a placeholder and will be corrected when the channel officially goes live.

Guide still shows MeTV+  instead of MeTV Toons for  channel 54.3

channel 27.1 is also supposed to be MeTV Toons, and the channel just updated on my hdhomerun.  The Jewelry home shopping channel moved from 27.1 to 27.3.

So,  that is another channel to update in your guide data.

Hi.  I've reported it to the provider.  This isn't as automatic a process as one might think so it may just take them a bit to get it all lined up.

MeTV Toons is still showing Cornerstone TV in the Emby guide in my area as well, my guide data is USA-OTA13167.  Sorry, should probably mention that it is on channel 40.3

To be sure, there is no channel for 31.8 Toons in Huntsville, AL 35810.

Its such a great new OTA channel. It reminds me of sitting with my grandpa on weekends staying up late watching CN & Boomerang with him. Good Times. I'm sure we will see working guide data soon, after-all it did just go on the air like a day ago. I haven't noticed many issues with the guides in the past.

I just refreshed my guide.  I see the new channel data in the guide now.

After looking at the schedule, it looks like the data is wrong.  

Looks like the shows are listed at the wrong times.

The channel shows Speed Racer shows at 1:00 AM, but the Emby guide shows it at 10:00 PM.

I don't see any way to adjust it in Emby.  So, does the channel guide feed need to be updated again?

Yep, mine still blank. HDHomerun is good to go just waiting on Emby guide data to catch up. Last I read, it's not as straightforward of a process as one might think.

I'm was a little impatient about the guide for this channel, so I set up a second guide for OTA channels. I am also on the west coast, about 60 miles east of LA, so for the 2nd guide I used an LA zip code (91001) and it pulled the correct guide. I'll be checking on this in the meantime and will delete the 2nd guide when the 1st one is correct.

have you heard back from your provider on this?

It looks like the channel data for 54.3 (and 27.1, but I am manually mapping that channel in emby) still have the wrong  feed.  The official schedule lists the same times for Pacific and Eastern.  Which seems to indicate there are 2 different feeds Pacific and Eastern.  I am in the Pacific time zone, but the current emby  guide data seems to show the times for the Eastern feed. 

My postal code again is 90403

But in the end has nothing to do with Emby as they are just the middle man.  All Emby can do is submit your issues to GraceNotes.

That is correct, unfortunately and it is worth noting that GN is also a sort of middle man here as the data has to come from the stations themselves.

But this is getting a bit ridiculous.  If we can't get updates, then what good is the service?  Do you need to remind/push GN?

I guess the question still becomes does any provider actually give the correct inform right now? Not like it is an issue with every channel.
