DarkStar1977 92 Posted June 10, 2024 Posted June 10, 2024 (edited) Hi this is an RFE to maintaint the playback speed on next episode play on TV Shows. Yes I know, I'm a strange person and I'm usually playing tvshows at 1.25x or 1.5x to see more episodes in less time. Is it possible to if the current episode has been setup at 1.25x on jumping to next episode to remember this choice ? Thanks in advance. Edited June 10, 2024 by DarkStar1977

The 1st one is to remember the speed when the app is reloaded for audiobooks and the second one to assign per client playback speed to new videos. I'm not asking any of this, my request is to remember on the same playback session the playback speed when jumping from one episode to another. I don't want to lock a fix speed even after application is reloaded or setup a permanent speed for new videos. Hope now is more clear. Edited June 10, 2024 by DarkStar1977
Solution GrimReaper 4012 Posted June 10, 2024 Solution Posted June 10, 2024 Just now, DarkStar1977 said: The 1st one is to remember the speed when the app is reloaded for audiobooks and the second one to assign per client playback speed to new videos. As I understand it, second topic is exactly what you're asking for, as per OP: Quote My use case for this is that I use emby to watch training/certification videos, and they are very slow and only last a few minutes per video. One topic might consist of 20-30 videos. Currently, I need to keep speeding them up individually. Same topic was redirected by two Devs to the Audiobooks one, likely to keep the discussion about "Playback speed" in one place. You are always welcome to open another FR (which will then likely be marked "Duplicate" and redirected to the same Audiobook speed topic as well).
