nrguenth 0 Posted June 8, 2024 Posted June 8, 2024 I have an android phone and tablet that I have packed with downloaded content for when I'm flying. After installing the latest update to the Emby client a few days ago all my downloaded content is gone from both devices. Specifically if I go under Downloads it shows "No Items Found" but if I go under App Settings>Downloads it shows all my downloaded content but with a status of "Ready to Transfer". Anybody else seen this issue, and does anyone have a fix that doesn't involve re-downloading all this content? Thanks!
Lessaj 214 Posted June 8, 2024 Posted June 8, 2024 I was struggling with this recently and the only thing I could really do to fix it was to clear app storage and set up the downloads again. I had just 1 episode missing from a series and I enabled app logging and it said that the item already existed even though it wasn't there. Tried to download it separately but it also sat at ready to transfer, log said it was checking 2 items (one from the season download, one from the individual download) but still no luck. I think the downloads that you set up will disappear from the server end when you reauthenticate but I might have removed them first just in case when I was trying to figure it out, YMMY.
