When i skip in the app in the iPad the subtitles disappear

I really think the app is not useful because I have a movie when skip some scenes that I don’t like or let’s say +18 scenes the subtitles suddenly disappear I don’t what is the reason can you explain why that happened to me?

Providing the server logs for the time this happened would enable the devs to see what it thought it was doing, for a start.
