Emby 4.8 - Preferred audio not working

Hi all,
I have a 4.8 emby server on docker 
I have set my preferred audio and unchecked the "Play default audio track regardless of language" , however some media is still picking the default even thought I told emby what audio to choose. 
I usually prefer Japanese so that anime will stick with subbed, but 4.8 allows multiple to be selected so I have Jap, English, Italian..so why is it picking German for this series.
I saw same issue with another show/movie where it constantly picking  French since it's the default.

Try unchecking the box to remember audio track selections. That is probably what is happening.

Unchecked the option, cleared saved track selection, and went back to the show, still uses German, this is a new show so I know I never set any language on it
I just tried to also just set english, exit from episode go back in and reverts to german

OK yes I can reproduce. It only happens when multiple languages are selected, so you can workaround it for now by just picking one language.

got it, so I guess in 4.8 multiple languages not working 100%
