Or was the screeensaver active on the box? ...looking for a pattern... Maybe you could send me another log with Kodi debug mode enabled, but please via PM. Did you manually remove the episode again after adding? I see the removed item Id incoming on Kodi, but couldn't be remove it cause it was never downsynced in the first place.
