Next episode preference is not respected

I don't think it happens all of the time but often my tv goes to the next episode despite my preference to not automatically play the next episode.

I go to the library cartons, scroll down to minions, and click play. Then it will play episode after episode, season after season.

+1 Its a bug for sure.

I'm pretty sure I reported on here as this bug been around a few versions, just like AUTOMATIC speed detection when over a WAN - that has never worked properly either; at least on cable broadband detection. You have to set a specific mbps value for it to work and not transcode media when it should direct play, as supported format and speed way above the mbps of the media file.

Yup that worked bit this new version takes longer to start up.

Hi, where exactly does it take longer?

FYI.

On two TVs (2016OLED and 2017LED models, it just sat on the Emby start-up logo after upgrade.

Kill Emby off and all is fine from the second launch.

I've upgraded the server but no change. I think it will hang indefinitely, I'm not sure. If I switch to another app and back again it kind of solves the problem. It still hangs longer than it use to but it gets to the home screen. Should I create another issue?

PS. There are no performance issues when using the web interface.
