Emby Premiere Needs to reactivate login with a new device

After activating the Emby Premiere, I can see the gold medal in the console panel. Still, whenever I use a new device to watch videos, such as my iPhone, I need to remove my key and re-enter the key to activate the Premiere again, so that I can keep watching on my phone. And when I switch to the "Emby Premiere" tab in settings, it will get stuck and a circle keeps looping. Anyone knows how to fix it? It's quite annoying that I need to keep reactivating it once I use a new device to watch the video.

Thank you, this problem was fixed by deleting the device.txt file.

I have the same issue and deleting the device.txt didn't help.

Any advise ?

Is there special port on which emby connects to authenticate Key?

No.  Are there errors in the console log at that time?  Any ad or popup blockers or other security add-ins?
