metropical 29
Pixel 5. Emby MacOS v 4.7.10 on High Sierra. I'm having audio stop when I'm playing back from Emby to phone via BT speaker. Sometimes it restarts on its own, other times I need to go to the app and restart the track. Course could be the BT connection, but the speaker itself seems ok with other devices. Wasn't sure which specific log to send, whether the phone or from the server or ...? I have not yet tried playing back picture from the phone to BT speaker. Luke 37099
Hi there, let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks!
metropical 29
just for s&g's, I rotated the BT speaker 90º, only coz I suspected RFI in this weirdness. It is sitting in very close proximity to the router that provides the 2.4Ghz wifi for the phone that feeds the BT speaker. BT also ops in 2.4Ghz. So far, no drops. Time will tell. metropical 29
here's a log. still happening with move of BT speaker. Still have a feeling it is RFI, but changed to 5G wifi to see if that is any better. also, FWIW - /Android/data/com.mb.android/files/logs is empty. embyserver.txt Edited October 10, 2023 by metropical

OK sorry about that, nevermind about updating then. Can your system not run a newer version of macOS?
metropical 29
NP. unfortunately no. It's a MacPro 3,1 and that's as far as I can hack it without a updated GPU. Which doesn't really pay at this point. When work starts to flow I'd just buy an '18 mini for the server.
