Black screen but audio still plays

On Windows 10 Whenever I try to play a show or movie it defaults to just a static black screen while I can hear the audio as it continues to play with the black screen.

 

I've reinstalled emby theater purging all traces of plugins and etc and I've had this black screen for who knows how long now on windows but it works fine when i play on my android phone.
