CoverArt: More control over the border content

Hello ebr - I misuse this channel for an enhancement request

If you give us full control over the space to the border of the image we can do things like this: @MatthiasM

 

This improve the effect of "tags" a lot! and can be done by adding 4 integers at your input mask for the distance measured in pixel, 1 for each direction.

Plus an optional integer for the image rotation of the tag-images or this have to be done by an external painting tool.

OK I have no clue what this means to youre source code but for me it is a nice idea
