Photos tab Settings (Title, Year) have no noticeable effect

My assumption would be that these would change the display name below each photo - to either show Title, Year, or both - but I do not notice any change when selecting one or the other. I personally don't see a need for the setting to display year (if that is what it is meant to do), especially if Sorting is implemented on this tab, but it is a bit confusing now to have the option but for it to not do anything.
