[Webhooks]: Add more library events

Hi

Webhooks currently only has one event regarding library available: library.new

Which might be nice for some people, but for me, this is the one that I need the least of all.

I already have the required Emby Premiere licence, to use the feature.

How about adding two new events?

library.deleted

Ideally, its payload also contains the most important metadata, like TMDB-Id, IMDB-Id, title, year, and most importantly, its filesystem path.

This one is the event that would be most essential to me.

library.updated

This one, I imagine, would have the update's metadata diff in its payload.
