A Unique Inquiry - Subtitles

Hello,

So, I've found myself in a bit of an endless journey through space and time on Reddit and Github as I attempt to figure out if this is even remotely feasible, but to give you the TLDR:

I have a collection of foreign language media that does not have any subtitles associated with it, and repositories such as OpenSubtitles do not carry subtitles for these specific items. The content is professional wrestling items, which has foreign audio that I am looking into subtitles for.

Is there an external toolset, or even someone who could whip up a "automatic subtitle generator", similar to YouTube's Automatic CC?

You still looking for something like this? I had a similar problem and couldn't find what I was looking for, so I whipped it up in Python myself... happy to share if interested
