bring back the PIN login (secure version)

Hi there,

after  the security issue all  PIN logins for admin users in LAN are disabled. I understand this and think this is basically a good decision. Unfortunately came this step with some inconvenience to the user, too. So, if I log out on my device e.g. Nvidia Shield to avoid that my child can watch content which is no allowed to them I've to log in again with my whole secure password again. When you've to this with a remote it's literally a pain in the ass.

Here my solution. The first time I log in, on my device, with my user, I can set a token, that allows to make any new log in with a pin from the LAN with a pin.
