So are you saying that everything is working for you in the 1.4.8 release? Correct. On my bedroom tv which is a samsung it is running 1.4.8 and the subtitle issue does not exist. I just tested the same video file on both my tv’s. On my living room samsung which tells me the latest emby available is 1.2.6 the subtitle issue exists and I can only circumvent it by importing my own srt files. I just noticed today my living room tv is now running 1.6.4 version of emby. It says the update was processed in October but I use my emby every day and just today realized functional changes.
