Unfortunately I have the following problem when converting to hevc: When I set a costum bitrate then ffmpeg converts the video from 1080p to 720p! If I select original quality then the resolution remains untouched. Problem is that the quality is not good. The best would be if you do not change the resolution at costum bitrate or make an extra option for it. best regards.
