Anyone else having problems with harmony remote?

Not sure what the problem is. I thought maybe my remote was going bad but having the same problem with the iOS harmony app.

i press buttons on the remote or the app and nothing happens. It started happening a few weeks ago. It’s getting frustrating but no idea where the problem is. 
 

just wondering if anyone else has been having the same problem.

No problems on my side using a Harmony Companion.
