Apple TV playback not starting

I monitored the user session as this happened.  Throttling was off and it kept trying to transcode, retried retried then fails.  logs postted

Hi, what exactly happens on the screen? Do they get an error message, and if so, what does it say?

there is no error message. just trouble transcoding in my LAN in my network. multiple video types. here are todays again with stutturing. how can i help this?
