Upgraded to Lifetime plan - Now getting Connection Failure message

I've been using Emby for 2-3 years and had no issues accessing my movies from 2 different TV's and my phone while on the network. Today, I'm getting a "Connection Failure" message when I try to sign in from any of these devices. The only thing that has changed in the past 24 hours is my subscription change. 

I pasted my key into my account and it says I have the lifetime plan in the settings screen. 

When I open the Emby app on any of the 3 devices, the "Select Server" screen appears. I see my server listed. If I click on it, I get a spinning circle for a few seconds and then the "Connection Failure" message appears. 

I then tried adding a server and re-entering the In-Home LAN IP address. I again get the spinning circle and then the "Connection Failure" message.

If I go to the computer that is running the server and click on the link for my LAN access, it takes me to the sign-in screen like normal. 

I tried restarting the server and I have confirmed Emby is up to date.

Hi.  I can assure you this has nothing to do with the license.  More than likely your firewall is blocking access.  Have you looked at that?
