It says nothing about not being able to download for personal use. It's about using the content for one's personal financial use aka selling the content to others or charging others to view the downloaded content. But enough, blocked for being a Trump supporter. My ask was for a legal provider of "catch up" TV that we would be able to integrate with (since that is the title of this topic).
