dashboard 'active recordings' improvements

For "Active Recordings" in the admin dashboard, it would be great to have a few basics, like:
a) start and end times
b) video resolution
c) TV channel/source
d) more contrast on the progress bar (red on red is kinda hard to read)

 

What else would be useful?
