DJMonty 1
I've just got myself a new M1 mac and installed EmbyServer onto it. I also installed Rosetta when the pop-up came - but it seems that the server doesn't work on the M1 chip. I click on the logo in the menu bar and select either browse library or setup - and it opens the browser and nothing else happens. If the server not compatible with M1 macs? Is there a fix coming? Anyone else have these issues? Appreciate any feedback :)
Luke 37164
HI, it should work just fine. Can you try clearing browsing data perhaps?
DJMonty 1
Hi Luke. I've tried that - and it works for a few minutes but then does the same thing all over again. I thought maybe it was the browser not being compatible - but used Vivaldi, Safari & Edge all with the same results. This is a brand new MacBook Pro M1 Max out of the box and no other software has been installed apart from factory supplied with the laptop. I'm stumped - and frustrated! Luke 37164
@DJMonty is any emby server log file created? Should be under: /Users/{user}/emby-server/logs or /Users/{user}/.config/emby-server/logs
