@Raulisi Sorry what are you calling the main greeting page?

But overall, you can only make changes with custom css on the web client (not the online client or any other client).

If you give us a bit more information what you want to do many of us could try and help you better.

But just so you're aware, if you have Emby Premiere you and all your users will have some different themes available to use. I happen to really like the Blue Radiance theme.

This is in the client settings page of each client.

Is this what you were referring to?
