Emby content missing

When logged into Emby, All of the media is missing. My subscription is paid until December, but its as if I don't have any media on the server. There's options to purchase the subscription, but everything else is missing. The connect pin works, and a sever can be selected.

 

Is there any common causes for this? what can be done to restore the server functionality?

Have you set up your own server?  Who are you paying a subscription to?  Is it for the premiere features on your own server, or is it to use someone else's server?

If you have your own server, providing the log (as specified in the post above) would help diagnosis.

If you are using someone else's server, you should ask them about it.
