Guest Posted August 4, 2022 Posted August 4, 2022 Hi, I've noticed on the dashboard that some customers are showing this "Container not supported" message. The one in the image is a reproduction of a live TV channel. I did not receive a problem alert from the customer. Is this normal or do I need to do something to fix it? Thanks
Solution ebr 15665 Posted August 4, 2022 Solution Posted August 4, 2022 Hi. That is normal. Many apps/platforms don't directly support TS as a container (with full functionality like seeking) so we remux it to provide that.

"Direct playback error" It could happen occasionally with some files. We'd have to look at a specific example in order to provide a more detailed answer.
