So it could just be intermittent network issues or latency.

Your log still shows timeouts.  Maybe it is that particular file or its location.  Can you try remuxing it by running it through mkvtoolnix or moving its location to another physical drive?

HI, can you try sideloading our standard android app on the same device and let us know how it compares?

Thanks.

How can i install the normal android app on philips TV? Via Google Store only Android TV i can install (normal android is incompatible). Adb is complicated :)

Hi.  Can you try this?

i try it in a few weeks, because the TV of my parents and my NAS (and my FireTVStick) are 500km apart 🙂

And yea, i have a certificate problem :D i try to correct it, when i'm at home. Who can i ask if i need help with synology Lets Crypt and create a .p12 file?

I don't know why the logs show i have network issues, but i don't think thats the problem 🙂

I have attached 3 logs: ...Father of Bride and ...Everything started. But Spider-Man not. Why DV 7 dont fallback to HDR10?

I just noticed that the 4k movies get stuck in HTTPS. The films run smoothly in HTTP.

Then, this may very well be the root of all your issues:

Hi.  I believe this is your issue:

08-02 17:27:42.377 12354 13686 I System.out: Web socket error.
08-02 17:27:42.377 12354 13686 I System.out: Unacceptable certificate: CN=R3, O=Let's Encrypt, C=US

It is either expired or not constructed properly. Possibly the issue with Lets encrypt that originated last October...

I have the certificate from synology Letscript and combine it per OpenSSL to .p12 file

Like: openssl pkcs12 -export -out certificate.p12 -inkey privkey.pem -in cert.pem -certfile chain.pem  with a password

Is it right and how often do I have to do this?

I felt there was a problem with the Intermediates certificate. After the emby update that "the SSL certificates are ignored", I lost sight of the topic. It worked again :D

Yea for the lags, but not the problem for spider-man (DOVI profile7).

Spider-Man does not start on HTTP or HTTPS.

Today I'm on another external network and was able to test it with a FireTV Stick.
I have no lags with HTTPS (other movies) and the Spiderman movie doesn't start either.

This is a 4k movie thats works. not Spider-Man 🙂

The lags only happened to my parents. Today in the other network the lags did not occur. Here I only have the FireTV Stick on an HD TV. My parents have a 4k TV and use the internal app.

Okay, then I believe we are back to an issue with that particular file:

I'm at home and i tried Spider-man 4K with my FireTV stick in Internal Network. It's working.

I'm going on vacation tomorrow. After that I will test other DOVI Profil 7 films and will remux Spider-Man.

@ChaoOos are you still having an issue with this?

Yes and no 🙂

I updated the certificates.
Additionally, I resized the movie with StaxRip and removed Dolby Vision. The test is still pending. My mom wanted to try it today :D

I'll report back afterwards.

Hello, I tested it myself today because my mother had no time :D
All my 3 DoVi 7 movies are working now. We can close the topic. Thanks for your help and patience 🙂

Was it really because of the certificate? All other movies worked.
