Stellarat
Hi, I'm using AutoOrganizer and it successfully handled the download by placing episodes of Loki into the file structure: D:\Media\TV\Loki (2021)\Season 1\Loki - 1x01 - Glorious Purpose.mkv However, the metadata found was for a completely different show called Crush. Any idea why this would be happening? (Log attached) Thanks embyserver-63794563197.txt

Stellarat
"Identify" fixed it using the correct TVDB Id, but I am curious as to why what should have been an unambiguous search resulted in a totally unexpected match?
Luke
Hi, do you have nfo files in your series directory? So far I don't see any evidence that it was Emby that downloaded this incorrect metadata.
Stellarat
Hi @Luke, Here are the first 3, the next next two are similar to the third file. I have no idea what Emby does with these, but none of them mention "Crush". Thanks Loki.S01E01.Glorious.Purpose.1080p.DSNP.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.H.264-TOMMY.nfo loki.s01e02.1080p.web.h264-kogi.nfo loki.s01e03.1080p.web.h264-exploit.nfo

Luke
OK I could not reproduce this with Loki but please let us know if you run into this with another new series. Thanks.

Stellarat
@Luke more oddness with this. I downloaded E06 and AutoOrganize sorted it into the correct Series folder and named it sensibly. Also in Windows Explorer I can find it and play it in the default player. From the log, to my untrained eye, it looks like the Library detected it - and yet has not appeared. Log attached.... Stellarat
It has now appeared, but like this... perhaps the full stop/period in the title tripped it up?

The title is "For All Time. Always" and I wondered if the "." may have confused the library?
Luke
I wouldn't think so but we'll take a look. Thanks.
Happy2Play
@Stellarat It shouldn't The log clearly shows Emby get the entire Series metatadata from TVDB. But I don't use AutoOrgaizer so I am not sure if there is something in the process.
