AMD Ryzen 7 4800U Emby Transcoding

I am considering on buying a mini pc that has AMD Ryzen 4800U processor with 32 GB DDR4 Ram.

I'll be doing hardware trans-coding for HEVC -> 264.
And might have 3 simultaneous connections.

So is this hardware the right choice for this sort of setup?
