two wire 2 Posted October 4, 2014 Share Posted October 4, 2014 Can someone explain how/where the meta data is stored. I make meta data changes using the web client (delete unwanted actors, genre, etc) and save them, but I don't see the changes being made to the XML file in the corresponding movie folder. In, addition, some folders have missing XML files, but the meta data seems to be correct. Anyway, the changes I make may or may not stick, and if not, the deleted items will reappear. This is the problem I am trying to solve. I have looked through the various guides but have not found any discussion relating to this . I suppose it is there, but I have not found it. As I remember, in an older version of Media Browser, there was an option to update the cache. Maybe this is what I am not doing.
