Добрый день.

1) Можно как то сделать в два ряда постеры, а то получается один ряд по центу , и остальные обрезаны. Можно , как то исправить.

2) Почему нет дальше букв на кириллице , место ещё есть, а букв уже нет.

3) Почему загружаются только по 300 постером , а потом очень много времени проходят , что бы еще 300 подгрузились , можно сделать хотя бы по 500?

Hi.  That's the way that the standard Android grid control displays.  It is a technique to make it obvious that there is more content both up and down.
