Feature Request: AppleTV Quality Selection within Content

It would be awesome if the AppleTV client had similar functionality that is available on Roku in that I can select the quality of the content I am watching within the content itself.  The Roku App has this functionality within the Playback Settings.  This could be useful in cases of high bandwidth content or content that the server thinks is able to play but actually does not play natively on AppleTV (such as HEVC HDR10 with MPV) so a transcode would be forced.  I know there is a global setting for this, but content specific settings would be helpful.
