Luke 37083 Posted July 7, 2022 Share Posted July 7, 2022 OK we found the cause of this thanks to @Skyfay's help. We'll be getting an Apple TV app update out to resolve this. Thanks. @LukeI do not believe that is accurate. I had the introskip plugin installed and it worked after refreshing metadata. And as you can see, another user doesn't have the plugin at all. Thanks for the update and support emby team. @Luke I am still having trouble myself if I do a refresh of metadata from the top level of a library. Even force refreshing images. If I refresh via a specific episode it works. Any suggestions on how to handle this so I don't have to update every single individual file? Since I had done a metadata refresh a couple of times now. I think the app updated while I was napping or something haha. Because the metadata refresh for everything say at the top of TV Shows library didn't work. I had to do individual shows. Just checked and everything seems to be playing for me now.
