Cannot access the metadata from thetvdb

My server cannot get any metadata from api4.thetvdb.com. I checked the log file and found that the error in accessing of https://api4.thetvdb.com/v4/login. Moreover, I try to get the request from my router. it shows that the api_key "777d2d3e-7bbf-4567-b90c-e301fbcb41f9" is invalid in thetvdb. Here is the log file.

yes. I am in China and cannot access to TheTVdb directly. Therefore, I use a proxy for embyserver

Is it some other server mimicking tvdb?

We've updated to the v4 tvdb api. Maybe the tvdb proxy doesn't support it yet?
