Hi, what issue?

The first video I tried was a DV. I wanted to make sure that gpu-next was functioning correctly. It wasn't. There was no tone mapping and was glitchy in operation. I tried several times, with no change. Only after restarting the app did it work.

It's just a portable test build, so you unzip anywhere and just run it.

Ah gotcha. So close!

Older Intel graphics cards will reproduce this situation

The beta version still cannot solve this problem. As long as a GPU is selected, there will be no OSD display. This problem occurs in some older Intel graphics cards, such as HD3000 and UHD510 and below. If it is UHD630 and above, there is no such problem

Perhaps this is because hardware acceleration is not compatible with early drivers, so using LibMPV mode is sufficient, after all, this old model of graphics card does not support the new video encoding format well, or it may be abandoned

How have you configured video options in the app?

Video output: gpu

This setting will result in the problems mentioned above

Change video output to gpu-next

The driver is not compatible with this mode, which will result in continuous rotation and inability to play
